The Answer Inc. is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering individuals with Autism and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and the families who support them. Through innovative, culturally responsive programs, The Answer Inc. provides social and life-skills development, education and advocacy, workforce readiness, youth programming, family support, and community-based resources designed to promote independence, confidence, safety, and meaningful inclusion. Its mission is to strengthen individuals and families while creating more informed, supportive, and inclusive communities where people of all abilities have the opportunity to thrive.
