Community Support Services (CSS) provides programs and services to support individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) and their families. In partnership with the Proviso Mental Health Commission, we offer respite (group and individual) and home-based services, employment programs, community day services and adult residential living opportunities. Our goal is to help individuals with IDD strengthen their independence, self-esteem, and ability to participate in and contribute to community life.
