Aspire, based in Hillside, Illinois, is a leader in providing support for children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Aspire is supported by the Proviso Township Mental Health Commission.

What: April is Autism Awareness Month. Washington can discuss the success Aspire has had in taking pediatric therapy programs into local schools, helping kids with autism to focus and improve classroom performance.
Washington can also talk about Aspire works with families of autistic children as well as teachers to help normalize behavior and improve learning.
